Either by driving or by making use of our the local landing strip in Trinity Center, Eagle Creek Ranch can be used as a base camp for a fishing vacation that includes such fishing meccas as Lake Shasta, the Rogue River, the Klamath, and the Sacramento.

Bob has fished the region extensively for over 30 years, including with the best guides available in Northern California and Southern Oregon. and will be happy to arrange for guides and transportation for any of these fisheries during your stay at the Ranch.

Lake Shasta - 1.5 hour drive
Along with Trinity Lake, Shasta is one of the two best bass lakes in the state.

Whiskeytown Reservoir - 1 hour drive
Excellent trout and bass fishing.

The Scott River - 1 hour drive
Very good trout fishing.

The Sacramento River - 1.5 hour drive
Excellent for rainbows, steelhead and salmon.

The Rogue River - 2 hour drive
